DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer | Dublin (Hybrid) | Permanent

A scaling SaaS business is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a high-impact role where you'll have genuine influence over how the platform evolves and scales.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of cloud infrastructure, drive automation, and work hand-in-hand with development and QA teams to ship reliable, secure software. You'll contribute to architecture decisions and help set the standard for how things are done.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI/CD)
• Own and optimise AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda)
• Manage containerised workloads with Kubernetes
• Write clean IaC using Terraform, and automation scripts in Python and Bash
• Drive security best practices across cloud environments
• Participate in on-call and incident response

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong, hands-on AWS and Kubernetes experience
• Solid Terraform / Pulumi and scripting skills
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a bias for automation
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Bonus points for experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow, or working in a regulated environment.
